I am a DDPY Level 1 Instructor-In-Training. After 10 years in the Army, I needed a form of exercise that was easy on my joints but still gave me a good cardio workout. Through 3 years of DDPY and incremental changes in nutrition, I have lost weight, gained muscle, and feel better than ever physically and mentally.
