Pretty Birds and Flowers

December’s Art Kit of the Month is appropriately seasonal: a collection of holiday ornaments!

These glass-bead-encrusted baubles are perfect to hang on your Christmas tree or Hanukkah bush or even just in your kitchen window, since they feature non-denominational images of, well, pretty birds and flowers (just like the title says). They’re sure to brighten these dark winter days!

This kit includes:

• Clearly written instructions
• 8 wood slices
• Jute for hanging
• A variety of decoupage images (at least 16)
• Glass bead medium

You only need to supply low-grit (220) sandpaper, white paint or gesso, Mod Podge or homemade brew, paper piercer, palette knife or credit card, and buttons, beads or ribbon (optional)!
