Sophia has 5 years of experience setting strategy, writing copy, and creating content for Fortune 500 brands, small businesses, and personal identities. Her creative outlet and online community is 170,000+ strong, through which she has created content for Cosmopolitan, Free People, Nespresso, Refinery 29, and more.

Sophia learned her 200 hour Certification at One Down Dog in Los Angeles and is an avid yogi!
